To
view a Watch Log Image, scroll the Watch Log Books and double click in
the grey margin area of the desired Watch Log Record and bring up it's Single
Record Form. 
Click on the Photo Tab to view the image and then double click the image to show in full screen with text information. There are 2 toggle controls at the bottom of the image that can be used to change the image aspect.
You can resize the image in the Single Record Form rather than double click to full screen. Just drag the form borders to the desired size. This method does not however, present text information.
