Notes Tab provides some space for your narrative description.
The Hyperlink List Box provides an unlimited number of File Associations that can be linked to this Watch Record.
Image text is presented whenever you go to the Photo Tab and double click on an image to view full screen.
This Log can be signed. Select from the drop down list of active Guest and Crew for the person and position.
Click on the Crew Log Icon if you need to add a new person to the Crew Log. This process first adds an entry to the PhoneBook which is a requirement for membership in the Guest and Crew Log.
Use the 3 Hyperlink Control Icons at the bottom of the form to manage your Hyperlink File Association. There is a File Browser to help you find a file on your Local Drive to Link to. The Delete Icon will remove an unwanted Link. Click in the Checkmark Icon to manually Edit the existing Hyperlink File Association.
The Hyperlink example above was made using the File Browser to navigate to a location on the local hard drive where the desired word processing document exists. The editing (checkmark icon) was then employed to add a more readable Document Name "Journal - NW 2005" to the full path name.
If you want to Link to Internet Websites, use Cut and Paste techniques from other available Links or key site names in manually. You can send email from a Hyperlink List Box as well. First configured your incoming and outgoing ISP mail servers, then use the "Mailto:" prefix and key in Mailto:info@bosunbuddy.com to drop us a line.
All Hyperlink File Associations reside in a central repository. They can be viewed, edited or deleted by using the traditional Top Down Menu System and navigating to Support/Hyperlink Manager.
