The Maintenance History for a specified
Scheduled Task is a subset of records in the Maintenance Log showing all
previous work done. This process clears the Hide Archive Records Indicator
in order to search through the entire Maintenance Log.

To
clear a Service Flag a new entry must be made that includes the specified Task
and Component with new updated Dates and Hours.
After
building the new record in the Maintenance Log, click on the Schedule Icon to
return to the Maintenance Scheduler. Now, when you click the Status Icon,
the Service Flag for the specified Task should be cleared.
