Phone Book operates as a stand alone entry point for all your contact needs or as an integrated tool
providing Suppliers, Creditors, Vendors, Manufacturers, and Crew to various
other logs.
Enter your data directly into the log books or use the Single Record Form. You can use the Select Boxes in the Logbooks to limit the amount of data you wish to see. Clear the Select Boxes to view all data.
Each of the Program Icons at the bottom of the form brighten and become active when you have entered the Phone Book from it's related Menu Option. For example, if you click on "Supplier" from the Main Menu, or the Drop Down Menus, you will bring up the Phone Book with the Supplier Icon enabled and be presented with only Supplier Records.
