All Logbooks
have a Single Record Form. Just double click in the margin of the highlighted
record or use the Add and Edit Buttons.
Selecting from the "Smart" drop down field input boxes makes data entry quick and easy. Set a Minimum Quantity to begin the ReOrder Process.
Whenever the Qty on Hand becomes less than the Min Quantity, the ReOrder Flag will be set.
Checkmarks at the bottom of the single record form indicate data in the Note and/or Photo Tab.
You can use the InOut field to add to and subtract from the total in the Qty field.
Click on the Clam and Diver Icons at the bottom of the form to go to the PhoneBook and add new Suppliers and/or Vendors.
