The
Notes Tab provides some space for a narrative description. 
The Hyperlink List Box provides an unlimited number of File Associations that can be linked to this Crew Record.
The Image Text is presented when the Picture on the Photo Tab is double clicked and resized to full screen.
With the Note Tab presented, you can double click in the gray margin of the Log Book for other Single Records and review or edit the Notes and Image Text fields of each.
Use the 3 Hyperlink Control Icons at the bottom of the form to manage your Hyperlink File Association. There is a File Browser to help you find a file on your Local Drive to Link to. The Delete Icon will remove an unwanted Link. Click in the Checkmark Icon to manually Edit the existing Hyperlink File Association.
The Hyperlink example above was made using the File Browser to navigate to a location on the local hard drive where the desired word processing document exists. The editing (checkmark icon) was then employed to add a more readable Document Name "Passport Doc" to the full path name.
If you want to Link to Internet Websites, use Cut and Paste techniques from other available Links or key site names in manually. You can send email from a Hyperlink List Box as well. First configured your incoming and outgoing ISP mail servers, then use the "Mailto:" prefix and key in Mailto:info@bosunbuddy.com to drop us a line.
